1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Broken Items (Special Care)
Given the delicate nature of our collections (glassware, ceramics, and fine wood), we take great care in our packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.

We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Gift Cards.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

Used Kitchenware: Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for food preparation.

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
