1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order? Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days before the order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship our premium kitchenware worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 10–20 business days. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If you need to modify your shipping details, please contact us at service@aquilona.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to change the destination.


2. PRODUCT CARE & QUALITY

How should I care for my natural teak utensils? To maintain the beauty and longevity of teak wood, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water. Avoid soaking or using the dishwasher. Periodically apply a coat of food-grade mineral oil to keep the wood hydrated and vibrant.

Are your glassware products dishwasher safe? While our high-clarity glass is durable, we recommend hand washing for our ribbed/fluted collections to preserve their intricate textures and brilliance over time.

Are your products food-safe? Absolutely. All Aquilona products are crafted from premium, non-toxic, and lead-free materials that meet international food safety standards.


3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging our delicate items (like glassware and ceramics). However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at service@aquilona.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will send a replacement immediately.
